Dad's Wisdom Prevails
My Dad once told me that your "Good at everything, but great at nothing" Even though this a bold statement and at the time dug extremely deep. Now it means more to me than anything! My inspiration is to help athletes reach there goals in all sorts of ways, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Things i could never put all together until i took this quote to heart My senior year of College. My hope is to teach others to turn good into great!

Generally we do a 6 week program 3 times a week with a pre and
post test’s to track improvement.

Whether you are a beginning athlete learning a new sport, a recreational athlete or a professional, Athletic Republic will help you achieve your athletic performance goals. How do we do it? We create the ultimate training environment with our trainers, our acceleration training programs and our equipment.
Holding six patents and having developed over 2000 proprietary training protocols, we administer programs that cater specifically to each sport and every athlete. Programs that push our athletes hard and make them faster, stronger and more agile than they ever thought possible. Programs that under the directions of our Athletic Republic trainers, translate to victory on the field, on the court and on the ice.
Each athlete will be assessed on strengths and weaknesses in the following areas:
• Movement skills (speed, agility, stability, symmetry)
• Power and Strength
• Conditioning efficiency (how well do you recover)
• Sport-specific skills
From this assessment the trainer will create an individualized training program. Every athlete’s program is based on 20 years of research and testing. Athletic Republic creates an optimal training environment in which you the athlete can hear, see and feel your improvements as you progress.
About your Trainer: Justin Slavin currently finishing up a degree in sports and exercise science in Northern Colorado, is a Level 2 certified Athletic Republic trainer specialized in Hockey, Baseball and Football. Player gone trainer played Hockey and Baseball for 15 years before the switch and wants to share his passion with you.
